    Yes, however the latest an event can start is 4PM for a 10 hour event, and cleanup must start at 1AM so that all party goers and vendors are out the doors by 2AM.

    Yes, for a fee of $200/ hour, with the cap being at 2AM.

    If the provision of alcohol is tied to any monetary exchange or transfer of funds, yes a special event alcohol license is required.

    Events with over 100 guests are required to have an Augusta Firefighter on duty during the events hours.

    Any event where alcohol is served (regardless of guest count) requires a Richmond County Deputy on duty during the event hours.

    For scheduling an Augusta Firefighter, email request to Mereka Hagan (mhagan@augustaga.gov). Rates are $40/hour with a (3) hour minimum.

    For scheduling a Richmond County Deputy, call 706-821-1743. Rates are $40/hr with a (3) hour minimum.

    The Base Venue Price includes the Venue, Bridal Room, Breezeway, Kitchen (for storage/ staging), and Cleaning. Client is responsible for their own Event Planner. Additional services may be available upon request.

    Payment schedule includes:  $500 deposit to secure the date; half payment (venue) due at time of signed contract; remainder of payment (venue) due one week before the event;  law enforcement and supervisor fee on the day of the event.

    Absolutely! We encourage clients to schedule a tour to explore the beautiful Phinizy House and discuss specific event details with our team.

    Yes, the party may spill over into the parking lot and the covered breezeway. We allow our venue-provided tables and chairs outside but not our couches. If the event will be indoor/ outdoor, we will charge for an additional Supervisor Fee ($30/HR) for monitoring and moving furniture in a weather event.

     

    We do not provide floral arrangements, however we have partnered with Preferred Vendors who can do so. Please reach out to us directly for our list of Preferred Vendors.

    To enhance the overall event experience, we mandate collaboration with one of our preferred vendor florists, who possess the expertise to meet and exceed your floral expectations. This ensures a seamless integration of floral arrangements that complement the venue's ambiance.

    Phinizy House is suitable for a variety of events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, parties, and more. Contact us to discuss your specific event needs.

    The venue can accommodate a range of guest counts depending on the event space chosen. The house reaches maximum capacity at 275. However, our team will work with you to find the perfect fit for your gathering.

    Decor is not included in the venue package, but Clients are free to bring in their own decor team. Collaborating with our Event Coordinator is mandatory to ensure a seamless process and prevent any damage to the facility during setup and takedown.

    Catering is offered through one of our Preferred Vendors. While clients are welcome to bring their own caterer, a fee of $400 applies if they choose to utilize our kitchen facilities for on-site cooking. For offsite preparation, caterers are permitted to use our kitchen for staging at no additional cost.

    Yes, in fact the venue requires that clients exclusively engage with our preferred vendors to ensure a seamless and well-coordinated experience. These vendors possess intimate knowledge of the facility, guaranteeing efficient and successful event execution. Please reach out to us directly for our list of Preferred Vendors.

     Yes, we offer private use of our commercial kitchen at a rate of $100 per hour with a minimum 4-hour rental.

    Our commercial kitchen is fully equipped with all the bells and whistles, featuring essential amenities such as a commercial hood, gas range, mixer, deep fryer, refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, dry storage shelving, dishwasher, and prep and wash sinks. With ample prep space, it provides a comprehensive solution to meet all culinary needs.
