** Base Venue Price includes the Venue, Bridal Room, Breezeway, Kitchen (for storage/ staging), and Cleaning. Client is responsible for their own Event Planner.
*** This option is available if you would like to have your own Caterer cook in the Kitchen. The Caterer must have an active license.

For private use of the Kitchen outside of Events, the is fee is $100 / HR with a minimum 4-HR rental.

Photography Sessions can be booked throughout the year for a fee of $75 / HR on weekdays or $105/ HR on weekends (2-HR minimum).

PHEC requires a Facility Supervision Fee to be paid by cash or check on the day of the event. The fee is $40/HR for the duration of the Event while guests are on site.
